The Gold Fever Le Tour is in its 3rd year after a successful inaugural Tour in 2011. It is 2days of cycling action taking over the historical town of Charters Towers.

Gold Fever Le Tour 3 Stages: - $12,000.00 in prize money (Subject to riderentries)

Stage 1. Saturday 10th August 8am Gold Nugget ITT McPherson St. Richmond Hill 18.7km Sponsor -Queensland Country Health Fund.

Stage 2. Saturday 10th August 12noon Gold Fever Criterium Lissner Park 20min. to 45min Sponsor -Charters Towers Council

Stage 3. Sunday 11th August 6.30am Goldfields to Paradise R/R (Bob Campbell Memorial) Sponsor -

Divisions:- SeniorCat 1. Elite A/u23/u19A(Men)Cat 2. Elite B/MMA/u19B(Men)Cat 3. Elite C/MMB/WACat 4. MMC/WBCat 5. MMD/WC/WDNB. A separate division will be run for women C and D if sufficient entries are received (Min. No. 10entries) if insufficient entries women C and D would be graded in the other divisions.

Divisions - Junior:-u15/u17 male / female (Includes Len Orrow Memorial Junior Tour)u9/u11/u13 boys and girls (Includes Len Orrow Memorial Junior Tour)

Some divisions may be combined if insufficient entries. Riders must be a 2013 financial memberof Cycling Australia to enter this event. Your Licence must be produced at registration prior tocommencement of the Tour.

Event Details:-$12,000.00 in prize money (subject to rider entries) - Tour leaders Jerseys, winners Jerseys,Medals for all stages, Sprint Jerseys.
