Annual General Meeting 2012 MinutesDate: May 9, 2012

Agenda
The annual general meeting of the Association of Registered Nurses of British Columbia was called to order by Susan
Duncan.
Barbara Mildon delivered greetings from the Canadian Nurses Association.
Business Meeting:
Presentation of Directors Report: Susan Duncan
Presentation of Financial Report: Sally Thorne
It was moved by Linda von Tettenborn and seconded by Lynne Esson that the Directors Report and the Financial Report for 2011-12 be received.
Carried.
Announcement of Election Results- Introduction of New Directors:
Brenda Canitz, Christine Davidson, Carl Meadows, Jennifer Matheson-Parkhill and Andrea Starck. Julie Fraser was acclaimed as president-elect.
