Published every month, the EAST COBBER provides East Cobb County residents with a timely and easy-to-read source of information unique to their community. The EAST COBBER serves the following purposes:

Every issue is full of information East Cobbers want to know about: their neigh-bors, local happenings, schools, civic issues, and more! Many of the articles are written by East Cobb residents themselves! This kind of interest and involvement encourages pass along readership. We are also proud of featuring East Cobb residents on EAST COBBER’s front covers—it’s a special way to honor those local citizens contributing to the quality of life in East Cobb County. We also run special covers honoring Citizen of the Year, Mother of the Year, and Father of the Year. ABOUT THE pUBLISHER

Founder and president of EAST COBBER, Cynthia Rozzo, created the freemonthly publication, EAST COBBER, in 1993 to serve East Cobb County residents by providing a forum for them to share their ideas and a source forthem to learn more about their community. Ms. Rozzo is also the publisher ofthe annual EAST COBBER Community Guide and producer of the annualEAST COBBER Community Parade and Festival.

As a local businesswoman, Cynthia has served as past president of the EastCobb Business Association and is a member of the Cobb County Chamber ofCommerce. She has also received awards for her work:

> “Spotlight Award,” presented by the East Cobb Division, Cobb Chamber of Commerce in recognition of her “tireless and committed efforts to the community”. > “Woman of Achievement Award” presented by the Cobb County YWCA . > “Honorary Life Membership” presented by the Georgia PTA. > Leadership Cobb Class of 2008.

Prior to establishing EAST COBBER, Cynthia Rozzo was the marketing/publicrelations manager for an educational publishing company.
