The Rec Pass is scanned for facility use and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Customers participating in fee-based activities are not required to have a Rec Pass. Resident: $5/year with a max of $20/family. Nonresident: $10/year with a max of $40/family. Replacement fees are $2 for lost or forgotten cards.

CAMP REGISTRATION: Session Fees: $100 resident $80 for session 5 due to the July 4th holiday. No camp July 5.T-shirt: $7 (required one-time fee) Deposit: $10 (details below) Nonresidents must pay an additional $5 per session.Fees include all activities, swimming, fi eld trips, supplies, and lunch. If campers are not registered for the free lunch, they must bring two snacks, drinks, and a lunch.

PAYMENT DETAILS: The fi rst camp session must be paid in full upon registration. A $10 deposit (applied to fee) is required for all reserved sessions. Deposits are non-refundable; credits or refunds are not provided for days missed. For sessions paid in full, a one-week notice must be given to receive credit toward another session.

Sifu Alvin (Goldie) Mack Jr. is an Associate Professor,

5th degree black belt in Kenpo Karate. He is a tourna-

ment competitor, an author and actor, a member of

the President’s Homeland Security Anti-Terrorism

Police Task Force, and an instructor.

Mack has studied martial arts since 1968 and has

taught Shotokan and Tae Kwon Do. Since 1973, he

has centered his attention on the Ed Parker Kenpo

System. Mack was the undefeated Lightweight

Champion of Europe from 1974-1976.

Mack’s awards include the Presidential Sports Award,

Grand Champion of the US Golden Karate Champion-

ships, Best Sportsman Award at the MARS Nation

Championships, winner of the 11th Annual Rocky

Mountain Nations, Grand Open Champion of the

Southwest Open Lightweight Division, and Top Ten

Instructor by the Indian Karate Association. He has

also been elected into the Karate’s Who’s Who Hall of

Fame, the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame, the Battle

of Atlanta Hall of Fame, and the US Martial Arts Hall

of Fame. In 2008, Mack was Team Coach for the US

National Team at the Good Will Games.

We will continue to offer individual (Division II) and team (Division I) registration. Individuals may be required to attend a coach look, pending registrations. Division I is made up of teams only. gIRls’ soFtBall (ages 5-16)Division I (teams) fees include eight games, umpires, one practice per week, and ASA and TAAF registration. Teams must provide their own coach, equipment, and uniforms. Division II (individuals) fees include eight guaranteed games, practices, uniforms, individual awards for all players, and ASA and TAAF team registrations for applicable divisions. If there are not enough Division I teams registered in each age group, teams will be required to play up an age group and compete with the Division II teams.
