A ROOM WITH A VIEW TO SUCCEED
Following the massive success of the Showcase at Birminghams NIA, hundreds of Distributors came together at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Dublin
for the Kleeneze Ireland Summer Showcase. Even better 20% of the audience were prospects! This percentage is one that is far higher than UK
events - possibly one of the reasons ROI is growing so quickly.
Kleeneze Ireland Showcases are always great, thanks to the unique intimate, friendly atmosphere that has become synonymous with these
events. Incorporating all the best bits of the Birmingham Showcase, the day was packed full of even more training and testimonials and ended
on a complete buzz of inspiration.
As Kleenezes Head of Network Development, Michael Khatkar commented upon opening the event, it was incredible to see, during depressingeconomic times such as now, a room full of such optimism. Its times like these that you can look around and actually realise the scope of what
youre involved with, hear the testimonials and realise youre not alone and take notes from the trainings and realise that you can get anything
you personally want from this business if youre willing to put in the work. It just goes to show why these events are so instrumental in growing
your businesses. Make sure youre using Showcases and meeting as much as you can to see your business flourish.
Our two main speakers on the day are also two of the Networks highest earners Bob Webb and Gavin Scott. Happily for us, these two
Distributors, who truly set the foundation for this business, are still very much involved in growing and improving the Network.
First up was Gold Senior Executive Distributor, Gavin Scott a man that was introduced to Michael Khatkar when he first started in the business
as the two million pound man (and, of course, after Birmingham who may be known as the three million pound man!). Gavin told us he
started up with Kleeneze because he wanted a business he could be passionate about and that fervour for Kleeneze is still visible today with his
fired up presentation. Hear from Gavin on the EzeReach CD which will be going out to all EzeReach users in retail orders in the coming week.
Bronze Executive Distributor, Tim Murphy was the first of our testimonials, telling his story of how he got started in the business. After working
for five years in sales, sometimes over 60 hours a week, he had no time, no money and no life! Something had to change, so when he saw an
advert in his local paper to become his own boss he took action. It paid off in spades as recently his thriving businessCONTINUED ON NEXT PAGE

After our week-long Retail Challenge, the results speak for themselves.
Sales imply that youre continuing to provide incredible customer
service and for many, your customers are becoming friends!
Over the past 9 years Ive honed my customer base to just over 450
regular customers split into 4 rounds, producing, on average, orders of
around 2,500 per 4 week period.
However, my best customer is a lady called Sheila who is housebound
due to health problems. In 2007 I realised that in Sheilas case the best
course of action was not to collect the catalogues but to leave them
permanently with her as almost every week she would phone with a
new order. In 2008 I started to monitor Sheilas orders and by the endof Period 13 she had placed orders in 40 out of 52 weeks for a grand
total of 1,584.16. To the end of Period 3 of this year, she has already
placed orders in 11 of the 12 weeks for a total of 527.48 - just under
44.00 per week - an annual equivalent of almost 2,300!
Sheila telephones me at least 3 or 4 times a week, sometimes to place
an order, to arrange a delivery, for help or advice unconnected with
Kleeneze or even just for a chat! As soon as new catalogues are
received, Sheila is the first customer I deliver to even though she lives
at the other end of town. On more than one occasion, shes called my
mobile to place an order from the new book even before Ive had time
to drive home. My motto has always been: Look after your customers
- and theyll look after you! Sheila certainly reinforces this principle.
Hugh Smith, Silver Executive Distributor
Good customer service has resulted in a very good friend and
surrogate aunt for my kids! We were doing a blanket drop and were
very nicely told by one persons next-door-neighbour that we were
wasting time as she wont buy anything as she is blind. So we made a
mental note not to put one through that door again.
We got home to a few messages from
different people, but one of them was
from Tracey, the blind lady whose house
we put a book through. She explained
that she would love to order. Of course
she cant see the things to buy, but she
needs to keep her house clean and tidy
like anyone else and she doesnt get toshops unless her friend can give her a
lift. So we just went over and sat down
with her to explain the products in the
book. She now orders regularly from me. If she is looking for a present
for someone we just tell her the selection suitable to the age. She is
not just our best customer (and by that I dont mean our best paying
customer). She has come to the school a lot to see kids nativity plays
and sports days - you would think she would have no interest in not
physically seeing someone elses kids achieve. She is always smiling.
she has rang my kids every Christmas morning since we met 3 years
ago, never misses their birthdays and has truly enriched their lives.
This just goes to prove how doing your job, by giving customer service
in this fantastic business can result in finding a customer and friend forlife. We would never have met Tracey if it were not through Kleeneze.
Karen and James Middleton,
Silver Distributors

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
Weve just had our Kleeneze banner arrive. What a great service the company provide.
Rang and ordered it on Monday; finalised the details on Tuesday, and it arrived today -
Thursday. Fantastic. Thanks to Kleeneze for negotiating such a great deal. We thoroughly
recommend this product.
Chris and Jacqui Hill, Gold Distributors.
meant he qualified for Club Med 2 and he also recently made one of his biggest
dreams come true when he and his best friend started up their own fishery.
After a spot of lunch and a rousing recognition, it was time to continue but it wasnt a case of winding
down, in fact, very much the opposite.
The afternoon kicked off with 21-year-old Belinda Wallaces testimonial. Now at Gold level, the young
Distributor is working on building her team up and working her way up the Sales Plan.
After a day of lively training and motivation, it was hard to see how it could get even better, but with
Silver Principal Executive Bob Webb closing the event, we were about to end the day on a high.
Even if youve been in the business just two minutes, youve probably heard of Bob Webb before. His
journey from teacher to top Distributor has been well documented over the years and has won him, not
only recognition from Kleeneze, but from the whole of the direct selling industry. When he was awarded a top DSA honour in 2004.
When Bob started with Kleeneze, it was, like many, to earn an extra 500 a month to afford his mortgage. Reflecting on his success, he told the
audience how success wasnt a destination, but a journey and to find your personal reason for doing this in order to inspire you. He spoke of
ambition - the ambition to be the best drive, action, belief, sacrifice and courage. And the best bit of all? His journey to success can be
replicated. By ANYONE! What a way to end an amazing day.

Challenge will be up on the DSA on Tuesday 2 June.

ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 20 29.05.09
Angela had been looking for something to
do with her spare time for a while when my
job ended just before Christmas 2008. When
nothing new had turned up by the middle of
February it was Angela who suggested we
gave Kleeneze a try (the ladies always havethe best ideas). I have to admit I wasnt really
sold on the idea but I thought we cant earn any less than we are
doing now, so I read the information that Angela had, and I listened
to the conversation with Geoff [Webb] before we decided together
that this Kleeneze opportunity could be a solution to our sudden
financial trauma.
We signed up, bought an extra 200 catalogues, and after a few days
waiting for the delivery (everything takes a little longer in the
Highlands) got to work. It took us a day to prepare 250 catalogues for
distribution, a couple of hours to distribute them. The following
morning we collected in the catalogues and with them 380.24 of
orders, which earned us nearly 80 in retail profit.
The support and encouragement we got from all our Uplines (Jon and
Michelle, Andrew and Fay, Geoff and Fiona) at this point was
tremendous, something which neither of us had ever experienced in
any job before.
We went from strength to strength. Our first full sales period saw us
earn 1,373.34. Both of our children Bethan (11) and Ethan (4) had
already told me that they liked me better while I was doing this new
job, and it was the first time in years that I had smiled at work. I had
begun to realise that you dont have to dread going to work every day.
By the end of our second sales period we had achieved Gold
Distributor status, our first step in qualifying for Cyprus, and earned
another 2,413.12.
We have now diverted some of our attention to sponsoring others and
aim to build a team. Our target is to reach earnings of 6,000 per
month by the end of the first year, which from what weve seen so far
is certainly achievable with the support thats offered to anyone willing
to work hard.
When my last contract ended just before Christmas there were other
contracts which I could have picked up straight away. Because I waited
until the New Year to start looking all those contracts were filled and
Ive only just started hearing of new contracts starting. Not taking one
of the contracts that were available last December could just turn out
to be one of the best mistakes of our lives.
Angela and Paul McGuinness, Gold Distributors
The Certificates of Income shown below are the official Kleeneze payments forthe 4 - week periods numbers 200903 and 200904
We should like to congratulate the Kleeneze Management Team for making the choice of
Parcelforce as our parcel carrier. In spite of living in a very rural area, we have found the
Parcelforce service to be quite superb - friendly, efficient and reliable - and have written to the
manager of our area depot to say so. Well done all concerned!
Don and Maryan Nicolson, Senior Distributors.
We celebrated Kleenezes 86th Birthday with a little
party, cake and a card during the Milton Keynes Open
Evening. We were joined by Silver Premier Executive
Distributor, John Hawkes and many other Distributors
with their guests. After we all sang Happy Birthday,
John blew out the candle on your behalf - well, Icouldnt fit 86 on the cake - and we all tucked in to a
chunk of chocolate Kleenezeness. Our birthday gifts
included: a huge increase in Kleeneze Distributors,
massive profits and holding the Kleeneze Showcase at
Wembley Stadium. See you at the party next year!
