Shipley, Rodney Boyd are the gas claimants in Tract(s) 3. As such, Mary L. Clevinger, StevenRandall Boyd, Lloyd Cook, Samantha Levine, Peggy Corene Tiller, Lester Dale Boyd, PaulineBaldwin, Jody Baldwin, Robert Lee Greenwood, Sr., Margaret Ann Shipley, Rodney Boyd, HelenViola Coleman, Velva Marie Charles are entitled to 100% of the CBM royalties attributable to theirgas claims that are now in escrow and as may be hereafter payable.
