-Assist the battalion Logistics Officer in supervision of the battalion logisticsoperations, to include engineering, ammunition, armory, food service, transportation,maintenance, supply, and services.-Assist in the development and application of the unit logistics concept of support.-Coordinate with internal and external units and sections in the execution of currentoperations.-Serve as the Camp Commandant during MEU and battalion level field and training exercises.Develop the layout, supervision the setup and retrograde, and ensure the safe and hygienicoperation of the camp.-Serve as the Battalion Suicide Prevention Program Officer. Ensure training is completedand appropriate reports are completed when required.-Ensure the training and readiness of Marines in the S-4 section.
-Served as the Camp Commandant for a battalion level field exercise. Planned, coordinated,and executed all functions of camp operations in a safe and hygienic manner, allowingmaximum training value for the battalion.-Planned and coordinated the successful exchange of multiple major end items from externalunits to CLB-31, allowing CLB-31 to deploy with maximum operational equipment in support ofthe 31st MEU Spring Patrol 2012.-Started the unit Suicide Prevention Program, establishing reporting procedures and trainingMarines and Sailors on program resources available. Conducted one Battalion training class.-Supervised several internal inspections in the armory and ammunition sections, leading to"mission capable" inspections by external agencies.

He has eagerly learned the operationsof the Logistics section, and immediately contributed to the unit's deployment readinessby coordinating with multiple external units on the exchange of the unit's tacticalequipment. 2ndLt Register excels in taking initiative, following tasks throughcompletion, and he actively seeks responsibility. He has unlimited growth potential andleadership. Recommend retention and promotion of this Marine with his peers.

Lieutenant Register is a bright Marine Officer who brings energy, initiative, and asolid leadership foundation.
