0. Overview USP&E Global hereby offers the sale of two (2) Wärtsilä 20V32TS engines and related equipment (the “Gensets”). The Gensets were purchased as components of a 60MW power plant. 1.2 Related Electrical Power

All Wärtsilä engines, in a standard configuration, have engine-driven lubricating oil, low- and high temperature circuit cooling water pumps. Gas LHV >28 MJ/Nm3. Gas methane number >80. Gas pressure >5.1 bar(g) at plant inlet. Please contact us for project-specific performance figures in case the gas does not fulfil the aforementioned criteria. Special Conditions Site conditions and applicable emission limits may have an impact on the heat rate and efficiency. Please contact us for project-specific performance figures.

Notes 1 The listed dimensions of generating set are maximum transportation dimensions, excluding the spring-mounted shock absorbers and turbocharger inlet cones for V engines. 2 Generating set dry weight includes spring-mounted shock absorbers and inlet cones, excludes lube oil and cooling fluids. 3 In case of limitations in maximum allowed transport weight, the generating set can be further disassembled for separate shipment of engine, generator and common baseframe. 2. Long-term Storage Maintenance Overview Inspection on the equipment was conducted in 2020 from the 8th of January to the 27th of January. The generating sets are under storage in a well protect hall. Scope of inspection was to perform inspection for generators, rotating shaft, measuring insulation resistance and visual checking, etc. The inspection of the machines fulfilled Motors and Generators guidelines. 2.1 Summary of Work Done

The following maintenance tasks were completed: • Visual inspection • Generators are located inside of warm warehouse. • Generators protective tarpaulins were uninstalled and those did not have any damages. • Visual inspection was carried out from inside and outside of the Generator.

o Space heater was NOT connected o There were no damages found from outside parts of generators. o B3A Auxiliary terminal box connections were according drawing. o Generator were dry and inside some fine dust and some painting colour at D/N-end

(air to air cooling, open outcoming air net at D-end). • Rotating of generators rotors • Bearing shell oil pockets were filled STP-oil before rotating shaft. Checked ET pointer

position ET-30.0 mm (Stamped). Wärtsilä has already turned shaft during their works. • Insulation resistance measuring • Insulation resistance was measured from stator, rotor with rectifier bridge and exciter. • Resistance measuring • Resistance of PT100’s and space heaters were measured. • Measuring records are in measurements. • Temporary supply of space heaters • Temporary supply for space heaters were not connected and cables were outside pulled and

with end plug. The engines were rotated with turning device and lubricated with new oil in oil systems and bearings. The turbochargers were removed and sent to ABB Turbochargers service for upgrading. Afterwards, the turbochargers were installed back. The TC brackets were removed from engine blocks and the O-Rings were replaced with new ones made of improved material. The generators were inspected by ABB generator service. During the engine inspection, all covers were removed, and new anti-corrosion spray was applied onto the hotbox (injection pump area), camshaft and crankcase. Old desiccant bags and VCI capsules were replaced with new ones. The VCI plastic cover were tightly secured with good condition tarpaulin. Remarks: Generators are in good condition and ready for transport.


2.2 Equipment Photos

Generators are stored in a dry warehouse. All storage conditions are good.

Vibracom in good condition. Frame fastened, and location pin not drilled.

N-end and D-end bearings were topped with oil and STP oil treatment.


D-end: Air duct and cooling fan in good Oil was filled half away oil sight glass N-end condition. bearing EFZLQ 28-250.

MTB Box insulation resistance check. Current transformer Ct-4. Ok.


N-end side Stator and Exciter. Ok. B3A Auxiliary terminal box, PT100’s was measured. After test run jumper removed.

Stator cables pass thru Ok. Current transformer. Ok.


D-end floor some dust and paint colour. Coming from unprotected cooling air outcoming net. Exciter wires. Some outside paint colour.

D-end rotor poles and air guide plate. Ok. Rotor poles and v-supports at N-end in good conditions.

D-end balancing weight. Ok. Connection cables from rotor. Ok.


Exciter diode bridge in good condition. Stator windings in good condition.

Cooling air filters are correct way. Cooling air outcoming net. There is some paint also

inside Generator.


Camshaft Inspection. New protection-oil Cylinders and injection valve protected with sprayed all over cam and filters. protection oil.

The TC brackets were removed from the engine blocks. The surfaces were cleaned, and the O-rings were replaced (Inner and Outer O-rings). The standard flat seal was applied.

No corrosion was observed on the Hot Box.


O-rings within charge-air cooler housing and engine block replaced.

No corrosion was observed on the camshaft and the crankcase.
