International Wado Federation India is organizing

“1st WADO INDIA KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP”

On

06th

& 07 August 2016

At

VADODARA GUJARAT

The tournament is aimed over all development of the individual and will be open for all. The detailed

program of the tournament is mentioned below. We look forward to receive your entry to participate in

the Tournament.

Championship Date: 06th

& 7th

August 2016

Technical Briefing: Only WKF Rules

Expenditure: Rs. 1500/- for two events only (Ind. Kata & Ind. Kumite)

Champion of Champions – Rs.1000/-

Timings: 9:00 A.M. till 6:00 P.M.

Requirements: Birth certificate, Gloves, Mouth Piece, Shin Guard, Groin Guard with instep,

Chest Guard, and neat & clean Karate Gi.

Note:

1. Please deposit the fees in advance on or before 31

st July 2016 in Bank of Baroda Bank A/C NO. 33450100000702 Name: All sports Martial Arts Association.

2. Please fill all information in form accurately & clearly and submit by 31/07/2016.

3. No entries will be accepted after 31/07/2016.

4. No claim for refund will be entertained.

5. Infringement of the discipline/rules of the Karate School during the tournament will invite

immediate and stern punishment.

6. Valuables like ornaments, watch etc. though inadvisable may be worn at the Individuals risk

and the Karate School will not be responsible for its loss.

7. If there are less than five competitors for a category that will be merged with the other lower or

upper one.

8. Lunch & Dinner will be provided on 06/08/2016 & 07/08/2016

9. Boarding arrangement is done in Milan Hotel Nr. Railway Station (200 mtr.)

Per Person Per Day A/C - 350/- Rs., Non A/c 300/- Rs., Dormitory 250/- Rs.

10. Organizer holds the full Rights & Reserves to make any changes in tournament according to

situation.

11. W.K.F. Rules will be strictly followed in the tournament.

12. In one pool, 1st, 2

nd and 3

rd prize (2) medals will be awarded.

13. Tournament organizer will not be responsible for any theft or loss.
