obstruction in the exam for the post code 137/17, TGT Social Science (MALE)

conducted by Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board with the intention to

cancel the examination at the Examination Centre. They are debarred from

future exams ofDSSSB for a period of 15 years w.e.f. 09.09.2018.

In view the above facts and circumstances, the DSSSB has come to the

conclusion that, prima facie,. a case of connivance and conspiracy is made out

against the candidates.

Thus, it is clear that the candidates had created rruisance and obstruction in

the examination and they were actively involved in the crime related to

connivance and conspiracy as specified in Indian Penal Code. These candidates

not only boycotted the exam of aforesaid post code but also instigated other

candidates to not to appear in the exam.

The DSSSB adheres to ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY TOWARDS ANY

MISCONDUCTby any candidate or any persons. Therefore, in view of the above

facts and circumstances, the candidature of the above candidates who have

appeared in the examination is hereby cancelled, on finding them involved in

the acts as mentioned above in the table.Further, the above candidates are hereby debarred from any examination

being conducted by the DSSSB for a period of 15 years w.e.f. 09.09.2018

mentioned against them in the table.

These issues with the prior approval of Competent Authority, DSSSB
