Increase your net income tax-free? Tiba can do it: our
employees can take advantage of “net benefits”. Net be-
nefits are remuneration components that are either tax-
free or taxed at a flat rate and are not subject to social in-
surance. To optimize your net income, we grant subsidies
for nursery, travel and telephone costs and others.

OUR COMPANY EVENT – THE TIBA DAYS
The Tiba Days have been held since the start of the company.
They take place twice annually, on the third weekend each
of January and July in different cities of Europe and play an
essential part in encouraging exchange with each other. The
two-day event includes workshops and presentations but
above all exchanges of experiences and a lot of fun.
