(a) Documentation: The documentation will be carried out at thecentre on the date and time fixed by the Competent Authority which will be communicated to thecandidates. (b) Physical Standard Test (PST): Physical Standard Test will be carried out by theselection board to assess their height, weight and chest according to the Physical Standard mentionedat para V. (c) Physical Efficiency Test (PET will not carry any marks but will be of qualifying innature) Those candidates found fit in Physical Standard Test (PST) will be put through for PhysicalEfficiency Test (PET) as under:-

(iii) THIRDPHASE OF THE EXAMINATION: Candidates declared qualified in Second phase examination (i.eDocumentation, PST & PET ) will be eligible to appear for third phase examination (i.e Interview &Medical Examination) which will be conducted centrally at Delhi. (a) Interview: The candidatesdeclared qualified in Documentation, PST & PET will be eligible to appear for personal Interviewbefore the Selection Board. Interview will carry 50 marks.Qualifying marks of InterviewFor General/OBC Category Candidate - 50 %For SC/ST Category Candidate - 45 %(b) Medical Examination: Candidates who qualify all the above stages i.e. Written Examination,Documentation, PST, PET & Interview will undergo detailed Medical Examination, which will beconducted by a medical examination board. If found Unfit in the Medical Examination, the candidatemay prefer an appeal for Review Medical Examination within the prescribed time limit of 15 days.The provision for appeal for Review Medical Examination is only against an error of judgment of theMedical Examination Board. IX. MODE OF PAYMENT:

    Each application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft/Postal Order for Rs. 100/- (Onehundred) as examination fee in favour of the addressee to whom the application is addressed,payable at respective SBI/Post Office at the location or nearby station. However, fee is exempted forall Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, BSFCandidates, Ex-Servicemen. X. PREPARATION OF MERIT AND RESOLUTION OF TIE CASES: Merit of candidates whowill qualify in the all events/stages of examination will be prepared on the basis of marks obtainedin Written Examination and Interview. Tie cases will be resolved as under by applying one afteranother, as applicable till the Tie is resolved:- (a) Total marks in the written examination. (b) Date ofBirth, with older candidate placed higher. (c) Alphabetical order in which the first names of thecandidates appear.     1. PAY BAND & GRADE PAY: Rs 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800 plus usual allowances asadmissible to Central Government Employees from time to time. 2. AGE LIMIT: 18 to 32 years as onlast date of receipt of application. In case of selection, such personwill have to produce the "Release Order" from his/her employer befbre joining the service at thefactory. (iv) New entrants (on or after 01/01/2004) to Central Government Service will be governed byNew Pension Scheme termed as "Defined Contribution Pension Scheme" and the existing provisionof CCS (Pension Rules), 1972 will not be applicable to them. 'GPF' and 'DCRG' schemes are also not

    admissible to them. (v) SC/ST candidates will be paid II CIass Railway/Bus Fare as per rules foronward and return journey performed by shortest routes on production of journey details and Ticketsprovided that the To and Fro distance traveled is more than 30 KM. However, expenditure/if any,incurred in reserving seats/Sleeping berth in the train will not be reimbursed. The concession is notadmissible to those SC/ST candidates who are already in service in Central/State Government(vi) Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted for any reason. (ii) In between the trained Ex-Trade Apprentice of the Ordnance Clothing Factory, Apreference shall be given to those who are senior i.e., if two or more Ex-Trade Apprentices securesame marks, then preference shall be given on the basis of seniority. Seniority of Ex-Trade Apprenof Ordnance Clothing Factory, Avadi shall be decided on the basis of OFB Letter No.13/8/03-A/Hdated 15/17.12.2003. (iii) Similarly, in between the trained Ex-trade apprentices of the sister Ordnafactories preference shall be given to those who are senior as mentioned in column b (ii) above.Among the ITI candidates, the merit position will be decided based on the marks / percenobtained in the NCTVT Examination and if two or more candidates secure same marks in NCExam, the merit will be decided based on the date of birth.
