The tower at 14 East infuses the surrounding up and coming area of Gzira with a fresh and modern take. What is expected to be a fore-runner in Malta’s architectural landscape, 14 East will combine modern technology and eco-friendly methods to create a one of a
kind venue to live, work and socialise.
With the historical and picturesque Manoel Island less than 10 min-utes away, as well as beaches and lidos in the surrounding vicinities, the tower is set in a priceless central location which allows it to be

Malta being such a small island, you are never too far from green-ery or seascapes. The design of the tower encapsulates this, with eco-green walls scattered across the building. With this in mind, the interiors of the tower are envisioned to combine modern technology
and natural materials such as timbers, marbles and stone.

Keeping the concept of eco-friendly and urban architecture in mind, the interiors of the office spaces have been designed to enable you to adapt the spaces to your needs and requirements. Taking off with the architectural
green wall as inspiration, the spaces will be finished keeping in line with the eco-friendly trend.

Natural timbers, marble floors and beautiful glass are all intended to make an appearance in these spacious layouts. The interiors are fin-ished in such a way as to allow you the maxi-mum exploitation according to your business’ needs. With ample space to divide the area in-terestingly, the office floors also include three bathroom units, and a well-sized kitchenette.
