A) Category and carrying capacityThe scaffolding belongs to the category 3 that is to say that the working plane bears a loading of 200 kg per squaremeter. Carrying capacity of every working platform (dimension: 143x60 cm): 180 kg

B) Max heights of the different compositions (according to EN 1004 Norm)When the structure is unanchored the maximum height of the working platform is 10,14 m; for an internal use (accordingto EN1004).For an external use the maximum height of the working plane with unanchored structure is 7,02 m (according to EN1004).

C) Use of scaffolding the presence of windIn presence of wind the scaffolding must be dismantled or it must be firmly fixed to a stable building. Pay attention tothe “wind tunnel effect” when you work inside building under construction.

D) Access to the working planeThe access to the working plane is possible only on the inside of the structure using either the vertical ladder made bythe sides of the scaffolding or the ladders sold as accessory.

MONTAGGIO ES M O N T A G G I OPUNTO 1 • PREMESSA:Per i l montaggio e losmontaggio sono necessariealmeno 2 persone.BASE PIEGHEVOLE (cod BPI):Aprire l’elemento pieghevole(4) e portarlo in posizione(fig.A), inserirlo nelle 2 testatedi base (1), procedendo albloccaggio tramite le molleposizionate sul terminale infusione (3). Agganciare quindila traversa orizzontale (2) sulletestate di base.

BASE LIVELLANTE (cod BLI):Posizionare le 2 spalle conruote (6) in verticale ad unadistanza di circa 166 cm l’unadall’altra, inserire i le 2diagonali con spia ROSSA (5)e le 2 traverse con spia verde(2) sul primo gradino dipartenza. Assicurarsi che lastruttura sia perfettamente inpiano, in caso contrario agiresulle ruote livellanti tramite laleva di sgancio rapidoposizionata sopra la ruota.(fig. B). Escursione massimaconsentita 300 mm.

FOLDING BASE (code BPI)Open the folding part and putit in the position A. Then plugit in the 2 base heads andblock it through the springsplaced on the last alum diecasting part. So hook thehorizontal transom (2) withthe base heads.

LEVELLING BASE (code BLI)Place upright the 2 sides withbreaks and spaced them outabout 166 cm. Then plug the2 diagonals with the redindicator (5) and the 2transoms with green indicator(2) on the first step. Makesure that the structure isperfectly steady otherwiseoperate on the levellingwheels through the rapidreleasing lever put on thewheel (picture B). Maximumextension allowed 300 mm.

STANDARD BASE (code BST)Plug the 2 sides (4) in thebase heads with wheels (1)and block it through thesprings placed on the lastalum die casting part (3). Fixthe two diagonals (5) with redindicator and the twohorizontal transoms (2) withgreen indicator.

È possibile posizionare iltrabattello CAPO-1 su dislivello oin presenza di scale.Posizionare le due spalle dotatedi livellatore in modo disassatoagganciando le due traverse dibase sul 3° gradino della spalla“A” e sul primo gradino della spalla“B”. Annullare la differenza didislivello rimanente agendo sullivellatore per mezzo della leva disblocco rapido. Successivamenteriallineare il tra battello inserendouna spalla da 4 gradini (sulla partepiù alta) e una spalla da 6 gradini(sulla parte più bassa). Oltre aCAPO-1 livellante anche CAPO-1 standard può essere utilizzatoper lavori in presenza di dislivellio scale. In questo caso si agiràsolamente sul posizionamentodelle spalle e relative traverse;con CAPO-1 standard è possibilecoprire dislivelli di 26 cm. omultipli.

It’s possible to place thescaffolding CAPO-1 both whenthe ground is unsteady and onladders. Position the two sideswith levellers (those positionedon the unsteady ground) and hookthe two base transoms on the 3°step of the side A and the otheron the 1° step of the side B.Then remove the difference oflevel acting on the levellers thanksto the rapid releasing lever.Afterwards reposition thescaffolding plugging the 4 stepsside (on the highest part) and the6 steps side (on the lowest part).Besides CAPO-1 levelling evenCAPO-1 standard can be usedon such ground with differencesof levels. In this case you act onlyon the positioning of the sidesand transoms; with CAPO-1standard is possible to fill adifference of level of 26 cm or itsmultiple.

- che il montaggio dellastruttura non avvenga invicinanza di cavi elettrici odaltre fonti elettriche.La struttura non è isolataelettricamente;

- il bloccaggio delle ruotecon gli appositi freni postisulle ruote stesse.
