Yes, we can say that learning knowledge and experience play a significant role in developing our perceptual process.

Pre-prepared : Had already bought a replica knife to prove that murder may have been committed by a person other than accused.
Based on his professional qualification as an architect he is able to explain the jury about the approximate time taken by the old man to open the door. “ Which was almost twice than as stated by the eye witness”.
Prob’s jury no. 4 about how much he remembers his personal incidents from the past few days and tried to prove that the accused may also have forgotten due to stressful conditions, like him and it was not necessarily accused his lying.
