There is more room in the Lazarette tocarry more gear and to upgrade the compressor to a larger model if required. Also, VvS1’s tender is a Rayglass ‘Protector’. It is a brilliantboat. Very safe, and handles rough conditions with ease. At 6.5 metres (22’) and 1.4 tonnes it is a big tender to have on a 34m boat. VvS1have done over 7,000 nm in the tender chasing fish and getting to remote dive sites. If a dedicated dive tender was required, then it couldeasily be swapped as the boat deck has the space. 2 tons crane for launching. VvS1 small tender is an “Aquapro Divemaster”. It had fourdivers and their gear in it when it had multiple fishing and diving trips going on. It would be a relatively simple retrofit for VVS1 as thezero-speed actuator head and fins will fit directly onto the current shafts and will fit inside the cofferdams. Hydraulic lines are mostly largeenough capacity, and Naval architect has confirmed that no structural modifications are necessary. REMARKSVvS1 has a great layout in general, and that’s what makes it so good for extended cruising whether the focus is on diving or fishing, or justgetting away from it all. VvS1 is right at home in amongst the reefs – small enough to tuck in, but more than big enough to handleinclement weather. There’s great use of space on VvS1, it has a large volume for 34m, volume more typical of a 40m + Med boat. Tenders are part of the sale.
