  On the day of admission, she presented to my

office with worsening of the cellulitis and a new

diagnosis of cellulitis. She was placedon IV Kefzol for 48 hours with markedimprovement in her cellulitis. Her skin

condition was consistent with lichensimplex chronicus since she was begunon Topicort cream b.i.d.

elderly female who is alert, spry,and somewhat overweight. Shehad noticed early significant
