Creating a new first, the latest edition of the EuroleagueBasketball Institute, Mastermind Coaching Seminars, bringstogether a quartet of Europe's mastermind coaches to sharetheir philosophy, knowledge, methods and strategies to

give coaches around the world the edge through an e-learning platform.

For this years edition after listening to feedback fromprevious participants, a scouting course has been added tothe program. The course will deal with opponent scoutingat the Euroleague level including practical application usingvideo editing software.

The education will consist of two parts: Online MastermindCoaching Seminars that run from February through June2011, followed by the Mastermind Coaching Clinic withall four head coaches present from June 22-25, 2011 in

Barcelona, Spain. During the Mastermind Coaching Clinicin Barcelona, the coaches will impart clinics on topicsrequested by the students themselves through a surveyinvolving all the of online seminar participants.

As part of Euroleague Basketball's ongoing strategy of developing professionals in the sporting business, we

decided to provide top of the class specialists as lecturers from all segments of our sport in different avenues.An educational e-learning platform was chosen to offer coaches around the world the opportunity to be a partof our program. Besides the internationalisation of our program via e-learning our goal was to offer a complementarystudy for professionals besides their daily obligations within their jobs.

For years, with the cooperation of sporting and educational entities across the world, Euroleague Basketball hasbeen organizing forums where professionals can meet and exchange ideas to move our sport forward to an evenbetter future. These have included coaches seminars and clinics, symposiums for media members in the press,television and marketing, as well as the Master in Sports Marketing and Communication that Euroleague Basketballorganises with the University of Ca' Foscari in Venice, Italy, which will enjoy a fifth edition in 2011.

Interested coaches may sign up now for the independent seminars that each of these basketball mastermindswill offer online. Each coach has prepared a seminar that will consist of approximately 25 lessons covering thefollowing modules: group dynamics, defensive and offensive concepts, practice planning and programming,scouting and conditioning. Details of each seminar with enrolment, dates and lesson plans may be found onthe Euroleague Basketball Institute subsection on www.euroleague.net/ebi

ENROLMENT

To enrol you must fill in the online admission application no later than February 4, 2011 available atwww.euroleague.net/ebi. This application form will ask you to include information regarding your coaching

background. Please complete the enrolment form fully. You are required to have a good knowledge of the Englishlanguage (or the language of the seminar) and good computer skills. You will also need to have access to abroadband Internet connection.

ONLINE SEMINARS

The online seminars will start on February 14 2011 and will finish on June 10 2011, two weeks before theMastermind Coaching Clinic takes place. Each head coach will work on specific topics during these months thatyou can see detailed online.

The seminars of Coaches Messina, Garcia Reneses and Obradovic are the same as previous editions of the clinic.They are available in the following languages:

ENROLMENT FEES - ONLINE SEMINARS

The enrolment and price of each seminar isindependent. You can choose to enrol in an individualseminar or combine these together.

1 Seminar: 500 + 19% VAT2 Seminars: 1000 + 19% VAT3 Seminars: 1500 + 19% VAT

4 Seminars: 2000 + 19% VAT5 Seminars: 2500 + 19% VAT

For members of a Euroleague Basketball or Eurocupteam; and former students of the Euroleague BasketballInstitute a 20% discount will be offered and the pricesare as followed:

1 Seminar: 400 + 19% VAT2 Seminars: 800 + 19% VAT3 Seminars: 1200 + 19% VAT

4 Seminars: 1600 + 19% VAT5 Seminars: 2000 + 19% VAT

The enrolment fees include participation on the Seminar, academic materials, on-line support, diploma and theguarantee to have a place in the Mastermind Coaching Clinic in Barcelona, Spain should you confirm this byApril 8, 2011.

The enrolment fees cannot be refunded and in any case must be paid in full, even if the candidate withdrawsat any stage. Any banking charges incurred are the responsibility of the candidate, and do not form part of theenrolment fees.

MASTERMIND COACHING CLINIC

The Mastermind Coaching Clinic will be in Barcelona from June 22-25, 2011, with all four of the head coaches

present. The price will be 500 + 19% VAT for all of the students enrolled in at least one of the online seminars.The price includes accommodation, event transportation, meals, DVDs of the clinic, a Q&A session and technicalmaterial.

The price will be 750 + 19% VAT for anybody not enrolled in at least one online seminar. The MastermindCoaching Clinic is not designed as a standalone event, rather a complimentary part to the online portion. As aresult we encourage people interested in participating to enrol for both.
