Signing In

Most content is only available to authorised Signed In users

Use the Sign Inbutton at the top right

Supply existing credentials andSign In

or Request a New Account You will receive an

email when your account is authorised

New User Quick start:1. Use red Sign In button at top right2. Press Request a New Account enter contact details3. Wait for email confirmation that account is authorised4. Return to website Sign In and access the

Locating Information 1. Browse the tree

Browse through the tree to view available Knowledgebase solutions by category

Solutions are organised by product then function

Each product has a Known Issues folder

Product Documentation is available under the Documentation folder

Locating Information 2. Searching

Type search words into the box or use the Advanced Search hyperlink to search by: All/Any words Exact phrase ID = Topic # (the

unique reference number for each solutione.g. 4238-1061

Restrict search based on: Modification time Product Category

Search uses standard search engine conventions:1. * and ? wildcard 2. Double quotes indicate "exact phrases"3. +include or -exclude words with +/-
