The Nice Côte d'Azur metropolis is now on the verge of winning the challenge it has embarked on since 2008: remaining a major destination for international tourism while becoming a model of innovation and an area of economic excellence, always looking to the future. This ambition has been the driving force behind our actions and our investments. By enhancing our assets, we have developed our infrastructure to strengthen our attractiveness and support the creation and development of companies. Today, this transformation delivers its first results. Our territory is increasingly competitive thanks to many success factors, such as: - The Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport, now connected to the city center of Nice thanks to a new tram line, which allows our city to benefit from an exceptional international influence and to develop business tourism; - A new corporate real estate offer that revolves around two major projects (Grand Arénas and Nice Méridia) to welcome investors, while ensuring the integration of eco-sustainability criteria and respecting natural balances; - A strong economic ecosystem, structured under the labels "French Tech" and "Territory of Industry", and a pool of talent and skills at the highest level through international research centers and training institutes. Finally, and I think is just as important, Nice Côte d'Azur is a metropolis on a human scale - an exceptional territory, connected to the whole world, which has built its reputation on its extraordinary landscapes, the sweetness of its climate and the promise of incomparable quality of life. Today our metropolis is also a land of business for entrepreneurs where it is as good to live as to work and innovate. I thank all the companies that trust us and welcome all those that consider joining us.
