Food Operations Manager

You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director and will be assigned at the Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. Head Office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure strict compliance with all statutory and Company obligations with regard to food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards in all Sodexo sites

Develop programs and strategies to achieve zero proven food borne illnesses or unfit food inci-dents

Manage the development of menus that are fully compliant with the client’s dietary and nutritional requirements following sound menu planning principles

Implement a merchandising program for signage, ticketing and promotional offers that are con-sistent with Sodexo brand/image

Implement offers within operations aimed at increasing sales, developing retail expertise tar-geted/relevant to the segment, e.g. Healthcare, Education, B&I

Manage relationships with clients and ensure 100% retention. Implement and follow the Group’s ‘Client For Life’ program

Contribute to the development and implementation of client & customer-centered offers through promotions and systematic approach to innovation

PROFILE

Minimum of ten years management experience in an operational role.

Strong leader with diplomacy and maturity

Demonstrable ability to implement change and courage to challenge the status quo (both inter-nally and externally)

Exposure to management of partner relations

Previous experience in managing multi sites and multi locations activities

Highly developed communications, marketing and public relations skills

Analytical, conceptual and decision making skills

Ability to work long hours in a mentally demanding environment

Commitment to Sodexo Group Policy, Procedure and Objectives
