8. Creation of a network of enterprises from primary (producers), secondary (manufactures) and tertiary (services and public organizations) sectors – in a vertical and horizontal network, in order to develop the area, promote the total concept and attract investments.“

9. Use both physical and digital set of nodes to promote innovation in the area. The digital node will give access to a number of easy to use ict tools and the physical node will promote the products of the area, since it will located in a strategic point close to main roads.
