classrooms/programs; Regulations being followed; Safety; Utilized as an effective tool.

Relate: Who were/are the stakeholders? – Staff & Students Teachers, paraprofessionals, specialists, parents, districts,

administration, students Step 1 focus ED/BD program

Examine: Provide a concise problem statement and baseline status. – Show me the data Is T-O data being utilized to inform instructions/strategies towards

student success? Is T-O data being consistently/effectively logged?

Acquire: What resources did you need? What help did you get? Collected the previous school year TO logs. Lead ED/BD staff: Teachers, Social Worker, BCBA

Try: What was your intervention strategy?

1. Began with BCBA looking through TO logs; I looked through – what was the story it told?

2. Met as a group w/lead ED/BD staff (teachers, social worker, BCBA) to review Broke info down even further to start back at definitions, criteria,

staff response All ED/BD staff met as group to review definitions, etc.

3. Incorporated a structure into teacher meetings to ensure there was opportunities for program dialogue. Definitions/Response shared with other program teachers &

consultants to branch off
