4. Go to Shipment Collection:
5. Enter all the fields:
Planned Execution
Actual execution
Request for Shipment combination
Request for Authorization letter/Iqama and HR Document
6. Select the Shipment Method Air/Sea to request for Special service:
7. Check the Special service for shipment method and enter the values:
8. Go to Shipment Information:
9. Enter all the mandatory fields
10. Verify the Shipment status as “Delivery in Progress”.
11. Click on Submit button:
12. Click on OK to submit the special request.
13. Special request has been successfully submitted.
14. Email Confirmation:
15. Delivery:
16. Change Shipment status to Delivered:
17. Click on Submit button to submit .
18. Click on Ok to submit the request.
19. Email Confirmation:
Request has been delivered successfully.
