1. Gather your supplies: fake nails, nail polish (yellow, pink, white, purple, red and black), a nail file, nail clippers, double-sided nail adhesive stickers, small paintbrushes, a double-sided dotting tool, clear glue, a pen, scissors, colored pencils, twist ties, bottle caps, a pencil sharpener and an index card.

3. Using the yellow and white nail polish, mix until the paint has become a yellowy, off-white color. Paint the entire fake nail.

5. Mix the red and the black to create a deep, dark red hue. Then, using the double-sided dotting tool, “drip” fake blood onto the tips of the nails. Set aside and allow all of the nails to dry completely.

7. Select a colored pencil and draw your eyes – get creative with the personality of these eyes and make them as goofy or spooky as you want!

9. Using a clear, adhesive glue, attach the eyes to the bottle caps. Then, add a thin layer of glue to the top of the eyes as well to create a three-dimensional shine. Allow to dry overnight.

4. Mix the pink and blue nail polishes to create a purple hue, then paint a thin line across the nail beds to create gums.

6. Using an index card and a pencil, trace two bottle caps.

8. Cut out the eyes from the index card.

10. Once the eyes are dry, attach the twist tie to the back of the bottle cap using glue. Allow this to dry completely before shaping the twist tie rings to fit your fingers.

2. Trim and shape the fake nails to your real nails. Two of the nails (for your pointer and pinky fingers on one hand) should be pointed like a fang at the tip.
