to share with you our ministry with GMI in Nicaragua. We so
appreciate your prayer, support and encouragement. We were
blessed by our time with you! God is using you to help reach
Nicaraguans with the Gospel! Please pray for many to trust Christ and grow in
grace. You are in our prayers as you choose a new pastor. We pray you will
continue to be built up and knit together in unity for God’s glory.

B.I.G. (Bible Instruction Group) STARTS UP TONIGHT AT 5:00 P.M.
“LIFE CHAIN” Join Right to Life of Holland Area at the national Life
Chain next Sunday, 10/5, from 2-3 pm beginning near 16th St & Fairbanks
in Holland. Life Chain is a pro-life, peaceful, prayerful, public witness on
behalf of the unborn at risk of elective abortion. Signs to hold during the
prayer vigil will be provided.
We still need a few volunteer teachers for Children’s Church
for age 3 - K. Please sign up on the form located at the
Children’s Ministry Counter.
GUEST SPEAKER Our guest speaker today is Ken Kemper. Ken is a graduate of
Grace Bible College who served 18 years in the mission field in Africa before
becoming Grace Bible College’s 5th president in 2003.
TUESDAY NIGHT VOLLEYBALL Our “beach” volleyball has been moved inside!
Plan to meet at Parkside at 6:30 p.m. every Tuesday evening. Questions…talk to
Daniel Furbush or check the PBC Facebook page on Tuesday afternoon for updates.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY This Wednesday and the next, we are having
a special study on Baptism at 7:00 p.m. taught by Harold Kimbel. You won’t want to
miss it! We have numbered our rooms! This class meets in A-3 in the new addition.
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS Plan to attend our adult Sunday School class
every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Harold Kimbel is teaching a series titled “Left Behind-
The Book of Hebrews.” Invite your friends to be part of this study.
PARKSIDE MEMORIAL CLASSIC FOR MISSIONS The golf tournament scheduled
for this Saturday has been canceled due to lack of interest. We’ll try to hold one in
the spring when people are eager to get out and golf!
WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY The next women’s study will be held on Sunday, Oct. 5,
in the sanctuary from 6-8 p.m. Kathy Molenkamp from Grace Bible College is speaking
on “Biblical Truths about God, Yourself and Others.” Plan to attend, invite your
friends, and enjoy some great fellowship and dessert following the study!
PIONEER CLUBS FAMILY DINNER NIGHT Get to know other Pioneer Clubs
families at their Family Dinner Night held once a month during the school season.
The first one of the year will be held on Wednesday, October 8, from 6-6:30 p.m.
The menu is French toast casserole with syrup, sausage links, fruit, dessert and
drink. We ask for a $5 donation per family. Please sign up at the Youth Counter if
you plan to attend.
