Start-up work of using the tools

1Partner information maintenanceWhen each project start,PM or QA need

to modify the partners information of(HFQR), Then send to all of the engineers

of this project on time.partner information maintenance will be explained later);

2Quality standard verificationHuawei quality standard of(HFQM) basicallyincluded all of the products existing standards. When project start, PM or QA

should confirm if customer has special quality standard requirements, and go

to installation according to customer. The modification of Quality standard will be

explained later;

3The Sites Quality Management Tools Application TrainingWhen projectstart, QA should take the training to partners (how to filling/how to use/when to

submit); and confirm the public E-MAIL BOX to gather quality reports.

Huawei Site Quality Inspection Standards

Sites Quality Inspection Standards:The new inspection standards breakthe traditional measure and instead of defining the Site defects by the contents of installationwhich is easy to locate Site defects and export stat.

1. Clause classificationThe auditing standard was classified as 26 clauses in 2types.1-20 refer the installation items, 21-26 refer the outside environment or document or

installation criterion or EHS etc.;27&28 are spare clauses.

2.Inspection standards application:the standard Clauses 1-28 are used infilling Huawei Site quality report, please see the following detailed introduction.a Huawei Site quality inspection standards is the released version which can be sent out to

all of the Site audit engineers as the reference in filling Site audit report.

b Huawei Site quality inspection standards include all of the inspection items of Huawei

product. please pay attention in sorting the sub-clauses as below, if the audited clause is

14, in the sample information Site ,the sub-clause should began with 14, choosing

14.1~14.6 etc.

3.Special standards requirements:the title of audited clauses 1-28 weresolidified into Huawei Site Quality report, if any special standard from customer, PM orQuality manager should modify the quality standards according below request items:

6Partner Info. Maintenance:PM or Quality Manger should take on thepartner information maintenance depending project. (The updated template can be sentout to all the engineers)

right of the report and can't be printed

out with the report.

Step 2: Input all the partner

information separate with ,

Step 3:Click Confirm to finish the

configuration. The file will be closed

and the form will be saved as the

7Report Saving and Exit: Quality reportswill be the basic data of analysistable, All of the blank Sites should be completed, otherwise the report cant be closednormally. (As for Partner information maintenance, Please see below pages )

Partner Configuration: used to maintenance

partner information depending project ,as same

time can be exit.

Save as Draft & Quit: This button is used to save the

report and close the file.

Daft report cant be read by analysis table which need

to be completely finished.

Report will be saved automatically by clicking Save as new file" and

named as HFQR +site name + date + auditor

Attention:Draft document will be marked with Draft

when saved.

optimize Site Quality Check Standard, and send to all When preparation is over, All the engineers should print Site Quality Report

and Site Quality Check Standard for site check, fill the soft copy ofSite

Quality Report according to standard .

When Site Quality Report is filled, send it to QA on time

After the clearance of defective sites, A renewed Site Quality Report need to

be send to QA again.
