• RNC: SIB1_priority•The priority of the system information block 1, which is used by the scheduling algorithm in the RNC to give precedence to the SIB.•[1 ... 4], with 1 being the highest priority.•Similar NSN parameters exist for the remaining SIBs.

• WCEL: SIB7factor•This parameter sets the SIB7 expiration timer for the UE according to the following formula: MAX([320ms], SIB_REP* x value of 'SIB7 expiration time factor').•[1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256]; default: 1.

can be scheduled more or less often here we refer to the Repetition period of SIB 7, which is not

OR• The 20 most recently received transport blocks with a non-zero length CRC attached, as
