Webo Process for Electronic PARFS (Personnel Action Request Form)

Step 1 – Using Internet Explorer (CANNOT be Chrome) open your browser

Type the word webo in the URL locator

Step 2 – choose “certified” and the appropriate “form” for what you are requesting to do.

Follow the prompts. Each one will be different. If you have left anything blank that needs to be completed, you will get a message at the end. If you are requesting a day off for any reason, be sure to follow it up with a request for a substitute. That is a whole different process!

This page is specific to any travel you may be requesting to do, so may not apply to your purpose, but keep it for future reference because at some point you probably will need this information!

Step 3 – A screen like the one below should appear.

You need to complete all fields with a red asterisk.

When you get to the Contact person you can put the CTE secretary’s name: Melissa Palmer

Event: Describe what you are doing

Type of leave: Central office

Substitute teacher needed: If yes BE SURE TO CALL IT IN!! That is a second step of the process!
