ABOUT THE DIRECTORCHARLES BRILES first appeared on the Kentwood stage13 years ago in The Red Shoes, and has since appeared insome 15 K.P. productions, garnering Kentwood's MasqueAward for Best Supporting Actor in The Great Sebastians.Chuck's career took a professional turn when he beganacting on TV and has been seen in some 37 TV shows andtwo feature films. But directing is Chuck's real love and hehas guided K.P. actors through such productions as Of Miceand Men, Lovers and Other Strangers, and Look Homeward,Angel. Chuck has directed for other groups as well. Lastyear's Morgan Theatre production of Sign Post to Murder,Showcase Theatre, and again at Morgan who have tappedhim to direct their Spring 1975 production, Death of aSalesman. Chuck works full time as a writer, producer, anddirector of Industrial motion pictures.

ABOUT THE PRODUCERJACK LYONS has been a member of K.P. for 12 years. Heis a past Vice President and has served as Publicity Directorfor five years. As an actor he has been seen on our stage inTeahouse of the August Moon, Anne of the 1000 Days,The Tenth Man, Hatful of Rain, and most recently in aspecial Kentwood production of Our Town. Jack producedthe memorable Look Homeward, Angel, two years agodirected by Charles Briles. Jack also works as a full timewriter, producer, and director of Industrial motion pictures,and together with Chuck Briles are partners in their ownindependent film company.

ABOUT OUR ADVISOR CONSULTANTJOYCE SIEGEL ... Joyce has worked with deaf, blind,and deaf-blind people for several years. A reader for theblind, she presently conducts an acting workshop for blindadults. She has taught sign language and pantomime, and isstarting the Los Angeles Theatre of the Deaf. A public re-lations liaison for Inglewood Parks and Recreation Depart-ment, Joyce is also a professional clown for children'sprograms.

ABOUT THE CAST ...

JUSTIN TYME (Dr. Hughes) is making his first appearance on our stage.An accomplished composer, and solo performer, justin is usually on themusic recording industry tour circuit when not acting.

\SHERIDAN COLE (Kate Keller) has been a KP member for four years,previously appearing in The Best Man, Plaza Suite, Silent Night LonelyNight. A graduate of the drama department of the State University of Iowa,she now teaches High School speech and English in Los Angeles.

AUSTIN RHEINGOLD (Captain Keller) has been a member of K P twoand a half years. He has been active in community theatre since 1958.Appeared at Kentwood previously in Roshoman, Other major-roles includeCome Blow Your Horn, Philadelphia Story, Orpheus Descending, Death ofa Salesman, The Tenth Man, After the Fall, The Crucible, Middle of theNight, The Little Foxes, The Fantastiks, Steambath, and You Know I Can'tHear You When the Water's Running, for which he received the award forBest Actor of the year at Chapel Theater. He has many Directing credits,and recently completed a directing course at the Strasberg Theatre Institute.

TIFFANY DEE (Helen Keller) is making her first appearance with Kent-wood Players. She has been active with the Gladora Theatre Players insuch plays as Fantastic Studio Inc. and Santa Catalina, but is best knownas the drummer with The Showtimers, a playing, singing, dancing four-some who for the third year, have brought home a Triple "A" Trophy inthe Show Biz category which is held at the International Hotel. She hasappeared in numerous ballets with her sister, is a Gladora Majorette, a PopWarner porn-porn girl, an excellent swimmer, tennis player and rides ahorse well.

DENICE DEVEAUX (Martha) is making her stage debut at Kentwood.Denice is eleven years old and started junior High School in September.She has performed as a ballet dancer on several occasions but this is herfirst acting role. She displays a lot of talent and we hope to see her with usagain in the future. Denice is also a talented singer and collects dolls fromallover the world.

MARK COLE (Percy) is also making his stage debut at Kentwood. Mark istwelve years old and a seventh grader. Among Mark's many interests arecomic books, fishing, and all sports, and for the last three summers he hasbeen selected to be on the All-Star baseball team. Welcome to an all Ameri-can boy, Mark Cole.

TONI BERG (Aunt Ev) joined Kentwood this year. She was active withConejo Players in Thousand Oaks for nine years and appeared in DamnYankees, Guys and Dolls, Man for All Seasons and Plain and Fancy. Shehas been active in Little Theatre as Publicity and Program Chairman; servedas corresponding secretary and has produced a number of plays. We wel-come Toni in her first appearance at Kentwood.

DENNIS FLOYD Oames Keller) is making his first appearance at K P. Al-though he comes to us with an impressive list of credits for a young man,Dennis started in theatre at the age of nine and has appeared in such showsas Annie Get Your Gun, Carnival, Up the Down Stair Case, Come BackLittle Sheba, Sound of Music, David and Lisa, and Music Man. Dennishopes to continue his acting career and we wish him luck!

MEL OSHINS (Mr. Anagnos) Me! returns to our stage after a year's ab-sence. His "Tevya" in Fiddler on the Roof in 1972 won the K P's bestactor award and he also has to his credit K P's best supporting actor for"Marco" in View from the Bridge. Me! has been with Kentwood Players forfourteen years and has been seen in Arsenic and Old Lace, Man of La Manchafor which he received the Cameo award, Guys and Dolls, A Funny ThingHappened on the Way to the Forum, and Room Service, to name a few.

GABRIELLE DE CUIR (Annie Sullivan) comes to us from h, , latest coupde maitre as the Queen in the Morgan Theatre's production of Mattress.Most of her fine arts education and motion picture experience has beenacquired in London, Paris and Rome, She is completing her studies at theTheatre Department of UCLA, where last year she starred in the Italianproduction of Il Testamento. She has received Best Actress awards for herroles in George M, Mame, Auntie Mame, West Side Story, Enter Laughingand Music Man.

TINA JOLLY (Viney) is new to Kentwood. She received her training atL.A. City College, Ebony Showcase, Inner City Cultural Center and ThePlayers Theater and Academy. Her acting roles in Community Theaterinclude parts in The Tale of Two Cities, The Mad Woman of Chaillot, TheGift of the Magi, The Amen Corner, A Son Came Home and Major Barbara.She is also a singer Qf some note. Wewelcome Tina to Kentwood.
