Instructions for session chairs and paper presenters
L a n g u a g e : The entire conference is held in English.
P r e s e n t e r s : have to arrive at the appropriate room five minutes before the session is due to start; uploadtheir presentations onto the PC (LCD projector and PC with MS Powerpoint will be available); introducethemselves to other presenters and the chair; provide the chair with some of their biographical detailsfor use in introducing. There will be at least 15 minutes reserved for every individual presentation in eachsession. However, the chair tells you at the beginning of the session how long your presentation can last.
T h e C h a i r : has to be very strict in terms of time management so that each presenter has an equal amountof time. The chair must ensure there will be at least 15 minutes reserved for every individual presentation.The chair must ensure that at least 30 minutes of the session are left for discussion. The structureof questioning, i.e. after each paper or at the end of the session, will be determined by the chair and mayvary from session to session. However, short discussion after each presentation is recommended. Duringyour presentation the session chair will help you with time management using YELLOW card indicating thatyour time allocation is coming to an end. If you are shown the RED card, this means your time is overand you should stop your presentation.
P o s t e r s : The poster should not be larger than A1 (60 x 85 cm) format. The poster session is scheduledon Friday morning, September 2, 2016. However, the organizers strongly encourage presenters to displaytheir posters at the beginning of the conference and let them be displayed during the whole conference.The poster session will be organized as an exhibition during coffee break without individual presentations.The authors are required to be present at their posters during the whole poster session in order to answerquestions to other participants.
