• Operate Bombardier CRJ Aircraft–112 CRJ-200 (50 coach seats)–38 CRJ-700 (70 coach seats)–10 CRJ-900 (64 coach seats, 12 first class seats)

• No hiring expected in the foreseeable future.–Furloughed pilots still awaiting recall–Situation will not likely change until Majors start hiring–In the process of revamping the hiring process–Completing an in-depth study of past successes and
failures

ASA Training Program
– 120 hours of Systems and General Operations Modules which includes;• A total of 24 hours of Systems Integration,
– 10 FTD (Graphic Flight Simulator ) 2 hour sessions, (20 hours)– At least the first session in a Level D simulator, and – A 4 hour Phase Check in the Level D simulator
– 40 Hours of Level D simulation which contains;• 36 hours of training and a Proficiency Check which includes the oral exam• 4 hours of Qualification LOFT
– 25 hours minimum of Initial Operating Experience
– 13 months of probation which includes jumpseat observations and chief pilot interviews

• ASA does not support ATP and 1500 hour requirement
