CLARIFICATION{S ()1\ THE KRAS ANID THE ASSIGNMENT OFWEIGHTS OF THE SCHOOL'S OPCRF AND TEACHER'S IPCRF

1. Per agreement during the School Heads RPMS workshop, this office issues theClarifications on the KRAs and the corresponding weights per KRA of the OPCRF ofthe elementary schools and the IPCRF of the teachers.

2. Teacher-in-Charges (TlCs) are to'prepare both OPCRF for their school andIPCRF for their teaching assignments following the same guidelines.

3. ln line with the provisions of DepEd Order No. 2, Guidelines on the Establishmentand lmplementation of the RPMS in the department, all officials are reminded of theRPMS cyclelprocess:

Phase l- Performance planning and commitment (May)Phase ll - Performance monitoring and coaching ( June - March)Phase Ill - Performance Review and evaluation (November and April)Phase lV - Performance Rewarding and Development Planning (April- May)

5. ln compliance with Phase ll of the RPMS cycle, the monitors are enjoined to utilizethe recommended Performance Monitoring and Coaching Forms (PMCF) per annex J ofthe RPMS guidelines, which shall be required to validate the performance ratings of therate during the Phase lll of the RPMS cycle.

6. All OPCRF for 2A16-2A17 of the elementary schools are to be submitted forreview by the EPS assigned in the districts not later than October 31 , 2416. Thereviewed OPCRF are to be submitted (by district) for approval to the office of the ASDSon November 2-4,2016.

7. PSDS, EPS and the School Heads are requested to check that the OPCRF ofthe schools and the IPCRF of the teachers have observed the attached clarifications.
