Per agreement during the School Heads RPMS workshop, this office issues the Clarifications on the KRAs and the corresponding weights per KRA of the OPCRF of the elementary schools and the IPCRF of the teachers. 2. Teacher-in-Charges (TlCs) are to'prepare both OPCRF for their school and IPCRF for their teaching assignments following the same guidelines. 3. ln line with the provisions of DepEd Order No. 2, Guidelines on the Establishment and lmplementation of the RPMS in the department, all officials are reminded of the RPMS cyclelprocess: Phase l- Performance planning and commitment (May) Phase ll - Performance monitoring and coaching ( June - March) Phase Ill - Performance Review and evaluation (November and April) Phase lV - Performance Rewarding and Development Planning (April- May) 5. ln compliance with Phase ll of the RPMS cycle, the monitors are enjoined to utilize the recommended Performance Monitoring and Coaching Forms (PMCF) per annex J of the RPMS guidelines, which shall be required to validate the performance ratings of the rate during the Phase lll of the RPMS cycle. 6. All OPCRF for 2A16-2A17 of the elementary schools are to be submitted for review by the EPS assigned in the districts not later than October 31 , 2416. The reviewed OPCRF are to be submitted (by district) for approval to the office of the ASDS on November 2-4,2016. 7. PSDS, EPS and the School Heads are requested to check that the OPCRF of the schools and the IPCRF of the teachers have observed the attached clarifications. lmmediate dissemination of and compliance with thi$ Memorandum is desired.
