Kerrygold Moving offices and a warehouse – will be completed beginning of November Replaced their I series with a new Power 6 server - done

MultiSupport The originally designed processes had to be modified after actual testing at

Kerrygold

Merit Consulting We had to change the originally designed process to work a little differently

ReadSoft Some minor issues with the newest release, but solved immediately

Testing Cost invoices process has been tested and accepted. Minor changes in the PO process – will be completed this month

since this summer.

Ever wanted to “Google” your MultiArchive?

Lightning fast search on all item metadata: customer numbers, customer names, invoice numbers, item types etc.

In a single archive, but across item types, and across cabinets and folders

Not instead of structure, but in addition to.

Enroll your archives- There is a price to pay in resources,

and hence may not be suitable for all

Enroll your item types- Some documents may be just too

sensitive. Even if you cannot view it, just knowing it’s there may be too much. “FORM316 Alcohol Rehab Form”

Exclude the sensitive metadata- Searching for paychecks in excess of

€10.000, may be a “no go” in some companies
