Sono porte progettate specificatamente per garantire manovrabilità, impermeabilità e bassi costi di manutenzione.Tutte le componenti metalliche vengono trattate con sistemi di protezione agli agenti atmosferici come la verniciatura epossidica o la zincatura a caldo. Ideali per chiudere o delimitare anche grandi vani e aperture. Grazie al doppio pannello in tessuto PVC a speciale tramatura, ripiegato su entrambi i lati degli elementi orizzontali, garantisce un’ottima resistenza alla trazione e allo strappo e un perfetto isolamento termico e acustico.
GIESSE doors are designed specifically to ensure maneuverability, impermeability, and low maintenance costs. All metal components are treated with protection systems against the weathering agents such as epoxy painting or hot-dip galvanizing. Ideal to close or delimit also large openings. Thanks to the special weave double PVC-fabric panel, folded on both sides of the horizontal elements, ensures an excellent tensile and tear strength and a perfect thermal and acoustic insulation.

All doors are calculated and designed by our engineers and even the smallest details is looked after to ensure maximum reliability and resistance to stress. Much attention is paid to those technical aspects related to the speed of installation. Sizing the automation, the electrical and safety devices in compliance with the European directives is of the utmost importance.

La porta viene trasportata presso il sito di installazione, su autotreni spesso allestiti da trasporti eccezionali.
The door is transported at the installation site, on articulated trucks often organised as exceptional transport.
Le installazioni vengono eseguite da squadre di tecnici specializzati istruiti e condotti dal supervisore incaricato nel rispetto delle normative di sicurezza.
Installations are performed by teams of specialised technicians, trained and
managed by the supervisor in compliance with the safety standards.
È l’elemento strutturale primario in quanto sostiene il doppio manto in PVC con i relativi tralicci intermedi. Contiene la motorizzazione e gli organi di sollevamento.
Thi is the main structural part it supports the PVC double curtain with connected intermediate trusses.It contains the automation and lifting elements.
Sostengono il traliccio superiore e permettono lo scorrimento dei pattini posti all’estremità dei tralicci intermedi. Vengono fissati meccanicamente alla struttura esistente oppure no, nella versione autoportante.
They support the upper lattice girder and allow the sliding of the sliding blocks placed at the end of the intermediate trusses. They can be mechanically fixed to the existing structure or not, in the self-supporting version.

Tutti i componenti elettrici sono contenuti in scatola di PVC anticorrosione che viene collocata nel punto stabilito in fase di progetto.In questo modo, in cantiere, nulla è lasciato al caso trattandosi di una istallazione già precablata nelle nostre officine.
All electrical components are contained in a PVC anti-corrosion box that is located at the point defined in the design phase. Nothing is left to chance in this way at the site, being a pre-wired installation already at our workshops.

LA MOVIMENTAZIONE
MOTION SYSTEM
Sono collocati tra i due manti in PVC e fissati tramite profilo in alluminio anodizzato e viti di fissaggio. Conferiscono, alla porta, resistenza al vento e scorrono nelle guide laterali tramite speciali pattini posti alle due estremità, inoltre sono dotati di speciali cuscinetti antirumore.
These are placed between the two PVC curtains and fixed through an anodized aluminium profile and fixing screws. They confer the door resistance to wind and slide into the side rails using special sliding blocks at both ends, moreover they are equipped with special noise-dampening bearings.
Internamente la porta si presenta esattamente come all’esterno.Nessun elemento deborda dal manto assicurando la massima sicurezza di sollevamento.
On the inside the door looks exactly as on the outside. No element protrudes from the curtain ensuring maximum lifting safety.
I tralicci intermedi vengono raccolti in successione tramite le speciali cinghie in poliestere. I due manti si ripiegano naturalmente verso l’esterno a grappolo evitando ogni tipo di usura.
The intermediate trusses are collected in succession through the special polyester belts. The two curtains naturally fold outwards thus avoiding any type of wear.
