Apart from academics our school brought laurels in Co-curricular and Extra Curricular activities. I begin with the sports. I am proud to share that our two students have represented India in the soft ball team they are : Durva Mudris (X) and Sannidhya Shukla (IX).

Durva of class X represented India in Asian Junior Women Championship at Chayapum, Thailand and won Bronze Medal and Sannidhya Shukla of class IX represented India in Nankue Softball Tournament at Kualalumpure, Malaysia. The little one from Primary Ms. Falguni Mudris has also qualified for Indian Team in Under 12 category.I would also like to mention specially that Durva Mudris and Falguni Mudris (V) will represent India on 6 th

of December 2015 in Singapore U-15 and U-12 category respectively.

SCKFI State Karate Championship held on 6th September 2015 at Nehru Stadium, Indore - Yashvi Khamesara (VII-D) won two Bronze Medals in two different categories.

61st State Level Games Competition of (Kho-Kho) Ms. Saloni Chouhan, Ms. Sanjana Rane participated and Saloni Chouhan qualified for Nationals and will be the part of the Madhya Pradesh Team.

58th Stag MP State & Inter State Table Tennis Championship 2015 organized by Indore District Table Tennis Association Ms. Aanchal Katiya (V ) won bronze medal

District Level Achievement : -Master Ansh Goyal got Gold and Master Yash Joshi got Silver in Indore district Table Tennis Tournament held on 4th September 2015.

10.8.2015 Tiranga Abhiyan

SICA School has observed Independence Week as a part of Independence Day celebration. It began with the lecture of prominent personality Mr. Ravi Atroliya, who narrated the story of our national flag through various PowerPoint presentations, which was very effective. Students as well as teachers found it to be very absorbing and informative.

12.8.2015 Nukkad Natak A lively and vibrant Nukkad Natak was performed at Vijay Nagar square on the theme of Child Labour. Students of VII & VIII class have given lively performance on this very serious social stigma of our society. Children were successful in drawing attention by their enthralling performance. It was a multi-disciplinary project of the Social Science department that collaborated with Drawing, Music and Language departments.

26.6.2015 NCC Cadets participated in a rally on Narcotic day organized by NCC on 26th June 2015.

NCC Anushka P. Jain Ridhima Vaishnav, They have qualified for all the pre R.D.C. Camps held so far. Our investiture ceremony was based on the theme of “The joy of giving” where children/staff gerenously donated grains/clothes for the needy people.Children were taken to the old age home to donate the collection similarly after the Nepal Earth Quake tragedy the staff donated one day salalry along with the Trust’s contribution. The amount of 3 lakhs were hand over to Collector Mr. P. Narhari for the P.M.’s Relief Fund.On 15th August – The replica of Amar Jawan Jyoti was specilly created to pay tribute to the solidies who sacrifice their lives to safeguard us.

Our pre primary branch at Aranya works under the umbrella of SICA – 78. The tiny tots made their vibrant presence felt though out the year. The session began with Vidyarambham ceremony.

All festivals are celebrated in special assemblies, to introduce children to our rich cultural heritage. Many activities like : Clay modelling, Colours day week, fancy dress, story telling, shloka competition, Monsoon Masti, Guru Purnima, Rakshabhandhan, Onam, Sharing Day, Vegetable Day, Fruit Chat etc. were organized through out the session to make them learn through play-way method. One of the must prestigious ceremony “Grand-Parents Day” was also celebrated, where in Grandparents were the special invitees to see the ‘exhibits’ of their beloved grandchildren.

I am delighted to share that our young talents have already started unfoleding their wings by bringing two prizes in Inter School Kiddies Olympic held at Prestige Public School, Indore -

Well, the occasion has made an impact of the most deserving and renowned SICA and we are satisfied that, as all the proceeding years, we have added another feather of annual achievement this year. The work accomplishing in co-operation of the three components… the students, the teachers and the curricular have found a culmination in the qualitative and quantitative achievements for the session. We have been proud recipients of our renewable Chief Guest who spared his valuable time to witness and encourage our students and the staff with his address. I reach out my sincerest thanks to our Management who leave no effort unexplored to build the future of students.

I offer my sincere thanks to my staff for their unstinted support day in and day out.
