• Responsible for exterior restyling

• Consideration for tight turn requirements on #2 line

• Developed recommendations for enhanced passenger safety: lighting configurations, high mounted break lights, improvements to ingress and egress out of the end door at track level

• Responsibility for coordinating color and graphics with the New York Arts Commission

• Conducted interviews with train system stakeholders; marketing, maintenance, and service yards
