Yes, we’ve really heard this before. What’s the point of spending hundreds of thousands

on a new CMS, only to use brochureware? Existing collateral content can be of variable quality

Content available is often limited

This happened to us just recently. JUST BECAUSE AN AGENCY HAS WORKED ON THE BRAND FOR LONGER

DOESN’t mean they KNOW THE TONE OF VOICE ANY BETTER

Unlike most agencies, we have vast experience with large-volume content projects

Seriously? Again, why waste your investment on old content?

Existing content may be out of date

Old content may not work well with new designs

Don’t leave content till last. If the content process isn’t well-planned,

it could be a serious blocker to project schedules

Designs and templates may not be accurate or optimised for the right content

There should always be collaboration between UX/visual/content design, right from the start
