In Winnipeg we woke up for an early Christmas gift from our Mom and Dad.

• It took the airplane 5 hours to get to Cancun.

• We were 40, 000 feet high and flying 536 miles per hour.

• Each seat had its own T.V.

• Driving from Swan River to Winnipeg 5 hours, 205 miles

• Flying from Winnipeg to Cancun 5 hours, 2100 miles

• Driving from Cancun to Xcaret 1 hour, 19 miles

• Total Time = 11 hours Total Distance = 2,324 miles

This ceremony is for a good harvest. There are 4 fliers on a tall pole. Each one means: land, air, fire and water.

They weigh up to 700 pounds.There ear is a tiny hole behind their eye.They talk through their blow hole.

Playa Del Carmen• A mariachi band played music for us while we ate.

• They cooked Dad’s supper in front of us.

• We tried guacamole.

I really liked the Myan ceremony.

• The beach is really long.

• Anika liked collecting shells.

• There is a cruise ship and a parasailer.
