Agreement signed October 2010

$157+/- million for wildlife habitat conservation and restoration in the Willamette Basin over 15 years

ODFW to acquire 16,880 acres by 2025

Established the Willamette Wildlife Mitigation Advisory Group

Defines “dual credit” project provisions related to fish habitat benefits through the Willamette Biological Opinion

Consistent with NWPC sub basin plan and Oregon Conservation Strategy objectives

What is Dual Credit?

10% of the total of projects purchased by the WWMP

Overlay of WWMP objectives with Recovery Planning and BiOp objectives

HTT and SIP and MMT participation in review of dual credit projects

Continual coordination and leverage with other funding entities in the Willamette

Recommended 2621 acres for purchase in 2013
