Overview:We carried out this project for an investor who wanted to turn around a ruined out building into a high end property which he could rent before selling. We doubled the size of the property and turned something from being worth £500k to £1.8m. We added a full side return, loft work, re-did the garden. Full high-end renovations were carried out throughout and all the exterior bricks cleaned.

New kitchen, with 2 cookers, wine fridge and kitchen island built
Wall reduced in size with swan neck and a new garden
Large living space with oak floors, coving, recessed lighting and large bi-fold doors opening to garden
