Girish Kumar Navani, President

Girish Kumar Navani oversees the strategic direction of the company and leads efforts to grow and expand all aspects of the business. He leads all external and internal communications activities, including media and government relations. Navani actively manages the sales organization for eClinicalWorks. Prior to founding eClinicalWorks, Navani led successful IT and business initiatives at Fidelity Investments and Teradyne. He holds a Masters of Science from Boston University.

Is responsible for the firm’s operational and financial activities. Controls, national operations and infrastructure services and human resources. Manages and leads the company’s customer care department and designed one of the most modern triage support structures in existence. Previously, Navani served as assistant vice president of Analytical Systems for Jennison Associates, where he managed functions for the company’s interest rate modeling, bond trading system, portfolio management system and portfolio compliance system and risk analysis. He holds a Masters of Science in finance from Boston College, a Masters of Science in manufacturing from Boston University and a Masters of Science in IIT from Mumbai, India.

Dr. Raj Dharampuriya manages and oversees the company’s computer operations, customer support and training and consulting services. He leads efforts to provide customers worldwide with outstanding technical infrastructure and support services. Dharampuriya began his career practicing primary care medicine at UMASS Medical Center. Dharampuriya holds an MBBS and an M.D., in OB/GYN, from BJ Medical College, India and completed his residency at UMASS Medical Center.
