I would like to take this opportunity to thank the 28 judges, who have volunteered their valuabletime and assistance in supporting us – some of you are here today. Your contribution as a judge isimportant to us, as it is imperative that the Judging Panel lends different perspectives, insights andfeedback to the participating organisations.

OBJECTIVES OF THE AWARDS
Each year, leading HR trailblazers and people management practices are
honoured at the Singapore HR Awards, and new benchmarks and standards for
the HR profession developed. Each Award is a distinctive recognition by SHRI to
mark the successes and accomplishments of people managers.
Through the Awards, SHRI strives to equip people managers for their increasingly
critical responsibility as Singapore enters its next phase of transformation, and
reinforce the importance of developing our most important asset (human capital),
so that we can continue to have an innovative and resilient workforce on the
global stage.
The annual Presentation Gala provides a platform for the HR fraternity to come

• Journalists are required to submit original articles from 2018 that has impacted Singapore’s HR Community

The Corporate HR Award is bestowed to organisations that have achieved overall effectiveness intheir HR and people management practices, thus contributing to the needs of businesses, theprofession, employees, industry and the nation.
To be eligible for the Corporate HR Award, the applicant has to demonstrate effective, creative andproactive HR and people management practices in winning at least 4 awards.
This must include at least 1 category each from the Business HR Awards, Leading HRPractices and Special Categories.
