Allows voice chat with customers

Disadvantages of VoIP

May require extra training

Spotty emergency services

Requires electricity

Use to Reference Services

Additional avenue of contact Users might feel more comfortable talking to a

librarian

Cheaper than PSTN telephony

Limitations of Chat
