Thermodynamics

Leading a group of students on a grant-

funded research project

Where we modeled plug-in hybrid

electricity consumption, electricity dispatch, and

GHG emissions

I have energy experience…

As a system design engineer in residential and

commercial photovoltaics

And as an R&D intern: simulating, prototyping, and

experimenting on photovoltaic concentrators

I have other experience…

As an applications engineer bringing together experts to solve technical issues on the transmissions for both the Chevy Volt and it’s fuel cell variant

Which gave me some familiarity with the

workings and challenges of fuel cell technologies

Like the time I founded and led the UCLA Supermileage

vehicle team

Or when I started a group at U of M to share experiences in renewable energy

among students
