How to log into Crib Master Presented by

Logging InHome screenYou can search for your name by scrolling up and down or use the search function.

When using the search function you can search full or partial last name. Once you’ve entered your information press enter.

Entering your passwordOnce you’ve located your name double click it.

You will now be asked to enter your password.

New UserPassword Setup

Use 12345 as your password if you have not logged in to vending machine before.

At the next screen the system will tell you your password has expired. Press ok and reenter the same password (12345) on the top line.

Next you will be prompted to create your own personal password. You will need to enter your custom password twice. You can use numbers and letters and length is unlimited.

Item Issue ScreenAt this screen you can look for your item by scrolling up or down, or you can use the search function to look for sf numbers or description. This screen will also tell you the available quantity of the item in the lower left corner of each picture.

Item Issue ContinuedOnce you find your item, touch the picture and an item issue icon will light up. Press item issue to get your item.

If you have the option of taking more than one item you will be prompted to the select quantity screen, if that screen does not appear than your item is only available one at a time. Please only take the amount you indicated!!

Door Operation

Door will open automatically Doors need to be closed manually

Searching For Items At Other MachinesIf the quantity of the item your looking for is zero you have the ability to search all other machines from that location. All you need to do is touch the find item (binoculars) icon.

Searching other machines cont.

1) You can search by SF number or item description, partial or full.

2) Use the ALL Cribs icon to see all machines. Choose a machine and press the Plus Sign to expand and see your options.

3) You can now see the quantity of that item in the selected machine.
