Bax&CompanyiscurrentlyseekingcandidatesforanInternshipposition.Wearelookingforpeoplewhoareabletostayminimum3monthsinourcompany.

As an Intern, youwill be supporting B&C consultantswith client-facing assignments involving R&D projectmanagement, innovation collaborations, creation ofnew Open Innovation initiatives, and provision ofsupportforclients’businessdevelopmentactivities.

Weexpectyou toparticipate inat least twoor threedifferentassignments thatmaycovermostly fieldsofenergy system innovation both from technology aswell as from business modeling side. We do notformally require you have a strong background inparticular fields, butwe expect that youwillwork tothe utmost of your ability to quickly adapt and learnaboutthem.

YouractivitieswillincludeworkingcloselywithoneortwootherB&Cconsultants,aswellaswithclientsandother parties that B&C collaborates with in itsassignments.

You will perform your activities from our office inBarcelona.

We seek ambitious candidates that are in their finalyear of innovation/business studies and/or energyengineering student with strong interest in bringingtechnologytomarketinabusinessenvironment.

Wearelookingforcandidateswhocombineagenuinepassion for technology and business with a keeninterest and desire to understand the fields of R&D,(Open) Innovation, technology to market and newbusinesscreation.

Youneedtobeself-startingandstress-resistant,witha good eye for detail and a strong will to provideoptimaladdedvalue,bothintheworkyouperformforour consultants and for B&C clients. To be able toachievethisyouwillworkcloselywith,andlearnfrom,ourmoreexperiencedconsultants.

We seek peoplewho can express their thoughts andinsights (in both spoken andwritten English) rapidly,accuratelyandconcisely–butcanalsolistenverywell.FluencyinwrittenandspokenEnglishiscrucial,ifthisisnotyourstrongpointweaskyounottoapply.

Overall,wearelookingforentrepreneurialspiritswhowant to take charge of the tasks assigned to them,seek coaching from their more experiencedcolleagues, and impress with their level ofperformanceingeneral.
