• Use the email notifications you’re receiving to log in and vote.

It only takes a few minutes and you avoid the risk of forgetting tovote.

• Give actionable feedback. Don’t be vague or aggressive. The pointof giving feedback is to provide your manager with an issue that hecan act upon, or describe what is wonderful so that the companycan do more of it.

• Don’t be afraid to offer honest feedback. All feedback isanonymous.

• Don’t select too many factors, it might affect the accuracy of theoverall report. We recommend that you select maximum 3simultaneous factors.
