How to create User Persona

User Persona

The concept initially introduced by Alan Cooper, the father of Visual Basic.

A user persona is a semi-fictional character based on your current (or ideal) customer.

User personas are extremely useful to grow and improve a business: they help uncover the different ways people search for, buy, and use products, so you can focus your efforts on improving the experience for real people and use cases

It shows the individual in a space that gives insight into where your product fits into his/her life.

What we get from Persona?

Personas are said to be cognitively compelling because they put a personal human face on otherwise abstract data about customers.

By thinking about the needs of a fictional persona, designers may be better able to infer what a real person might need. Such inference may assist with brainstorming, use case specification, and features definition.
