Fill details if you have Hockey India ID card number or not

A Message will be shown if the player profile is already submitted on the portal.

Please do not resubmit the profile if already submitted.

1. Do not use short forms.2. Ensure spelling is correct. No correction

will be accepted at any stage.3. Ensure email address is correctly

entered.

If a profile is already submitted on portal then Duplicate information will be shown. Submission of wrong information will lead auto-rejection of the profile.

Dear abc,

Your player profile submission has been initiated. Kindly use the below link to update the profile in case your profile is not submitted due to any technical reason.

The below link is valid only until your profile is completed by you and submitted for further approval from the respective Member Unit:-

Once initial information is submitted, a link will be sent on the mentioned email address.

The link is provided to ensure that if any information on the profile is pending by the respective player then details could be uploaded.

The link will be deactivated as soon as the profile is submitted for further approval from Member Unit and Hockey India or within 96 hours of generation of the link.
